Unified Healthcare Group (UHG) is looking for a motivated healthcare professional (Enrolled Nurse) with excellent verbal communication skills within our Tele Services team and liaise with medical practitioners to facilitate the exchange of health and medical information. We are seeking 2X casual people who can start as soon as possible.

Job Description

What You Will Be Doing.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Management of a portfolio of clients, ensuring your caseload is actioned within timeframes specified in our service level agreements
  • Booking appointments and conducting interviews with General Practitioners & specialists
  • Writing accurate case notes in the medEbridge® platform
  • Relationship management between clients and UHG
  • Data entry and ad hoc administrative duties where required

Qualifications

What You Should Have

  • An enrolled nurse with knowledge or understanding of how health practitioners work in clinic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound keyboard skills, and technologically savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, namely Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to negotiate, influence and manage conflicts effectively
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
