Job Description

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll spearhead digital presence across multiple brands, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our diverse audience. You’ll have the unique opportunity to showcase the artistry of professional painting services and the innovation of sustainable building techniques. Your creative flair will bring our projects to life, engaging followers with before-and-after transformations, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and expert tips. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies for Instagram and Facebook, tailored to each brand’s unique voice and audience
  • Create visually stunning content that showcases our painting projects, ICF innovations, and potential luxury home designs
  • Foster community engagement through responsive communication and interactive content
  • Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and drive growth
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating new features and best practices into our social media approach
  • Collaborate with leadership to align social media efforts with broader business goals and upcoming projects
  • Manage content calendars to ensure consistent, timely posts across all platforms
Requirements
  • Proven track record in social media management, preferably in construction, home improvement, or related fields
  • Expert-level knowledge of Instagram and Facebook, including latest features and best practices
  • Strong visual aesthetic and ability to create eye-catching content that aligns with brand identities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different brands and audiences
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with content scheduling tools and social media management platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
  • Passion for construction, home improvement, and innovative building technologies
  • Familiarity with the Okanagan region and its unique lifestyle is a plus
