This is a remote position.

Role Name: Landscape Architect

Schedule:

  • Full-time Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

As a Landscape Architect, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing breathtaking pool and landscape designs to life. Blend your technical prowess with creative vision to craft detailed plans that not only captivate clients but also meet stringent city and HOA standards. Responsibilities
  • Create detailed construction drawings and landscape architectural plans using CAD software
  • Prepare and submit plans to city building departments and HOAs for permit approvals
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure accurate representation of design concepts
  • Manage project timelines and maintain organized documentation for multiple projects
  • Respond promptly to queries from stakeholders, including city officials and team members
  • Utilize ERP software to track tasks, deadlines, and project progress
  • Adapt designs to comply with local regulations and HOA requirements
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance pool and landscape designs
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and brainstorming sessions
Requirements
  • Proficiency in CAD software and experience creating construction or landscape architectural drawings
  • Strong understanding of construction principles and practices, especially in pool and landscape design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with permit submission processes and building department interactions
  • Experience with or willingness to learn pool-specific design elements
  • Comfortable with remote work and collaborating in a virtual team environment
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new design techniques and software
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones with an international team
