Job description

Develops and executes the business strategy for the defined area to drive revenue and profitability. Develops a territory based plan that drives the defined goals and initiatives and communicates the plan to the commercial resources within the assigned area. Monitors the business metrics of the assigned area and diagnoses issues that impact the established goals. Deploys marketing programs and initiatives, as well as territory specific initiatives ( i.e. pipeline calls) to drive market share growth and displace competitive products through the territory account management team. Drives processes to facilitate doing business with Panduit to improve profitability by developing commercial talent within the defined territory. Leverages our partner community accelerates our marketing initiatives, and drives increased breadth and depth of relationships and product mix within accounts. Manages the financial indicators both lagging and leading to adapt strategy to changing markets or competitive needs. Leads account management team to develop the green field in the assigned territories.
