Job description

This is a remote position.


40 hours a week
Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm Georgina, ON Time (9pm to 6am Manila time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound B2B sales calls targeting potential clients in the SaaS software industry.
  • Provide product demos that clearly explain the value and functionality of the software.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Close sales by addressing client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS software sales, including outbound calling and closing deals.
  • Ability to deliver clear, engaging product demos and answer client questions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent, enabling effective communication with Canadian and American clients.
  • Strong memory and ability to quickly learn and recall product details and sales scripts.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the SaaS industry or selling software solutions.
  • Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. markets.
