Job description

Our client, a leader in the Web3 space, seeks a dynamic and motivated Web3 Support Specialist to join their team. In this key role, you will play a critical role in shaping user experience and maintaining their reputation for top-notch customer support.

You will:

  • Deliver Stellar Support: Provide exceptional live support on Intercom and Discord, addressing user inquiries and issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • Bridge the Gap: Act as a liaison between users and the development team, relaying feedback and insights to ensure product development aligns with user needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical skills to enhance and automate support processes, collaborating with the IT team to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Problem-solving & Communication: Analyze bug reports, troubleshoot transactions, and navigate user interface issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Community Champion: Monitor and respond to reviews and feedback across various channels (app stores, social media) to gauge user sentiment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving internal flows and support processes to deliver a seamless user experience.

To be successful, you possess:

  • Experience in the crypto or blockchain industry (a plus).
  • Proven track record in a customer support or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for Web3 and open financial systems.
  • Experience with Intercom, Jira, and other support platforms.
