Responsibilities

  • Reconciling all purchases within 72 hours of the transaction posting to ensure all inventory is accounted for in our system in an accurate and timely manner
  • Reconcile all purchasing transactions to ensure all inventory is accounted for in our inhouse and 3rd party web apps
  • Reconcile transactions to ensure all inventory was purchase
  • Reconcile a large amount of credit card transactions
  • Monthly close reconciliation preparation assistance
  • Analyze current procedures and recommend changes to develop and implement best practice accounting procedures
  • Ad Hoc Projects and requests
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual audits
  • Analyze and verify information by creating spreadsheet reports
  • Perform other general duties as necessary/assigned
  • Able to work in US - Pacific Time Zone

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Accounting or Finance (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of two years general ledger accounting experience required
  • Fluent in written and oral English
  • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases, tech savvy is a must

Available to work in Pacific Time Zone and flexibility to switch schedules
