Job description

We are working with a DeFi client to recruit a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for their Global B2B Sales team. This position is essential for driving growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities with key international clients. The role is remote, ideally suited for candidates in the EMEA region, but we are also open to applicants from APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue potential clients in the rapidly evolving crypto and blockchain landscape. Use a variety of outreach techniques, including emails, cold calls, and social media, to engage prospects and ignite interest.
  • Initiate discussions to grasp client requirements, evaluate alignment, and assess their readiness to proceed. You will serve as the first point of contact, setting the stage for our account teams.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to enhance outreach strategies, improve lead generation efforts, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to account managers.
  • Keep comprehensive records of your interactions in our CRM and provide regular updates on lead generation progress, offering insights and suggestions for enhancements.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role in the enterprise or crypto sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain markets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with global clients.
  • A proactive approach, capable of handling multiple priorities and achieving objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus.
