Job description

As a Graphic Artist or UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging visuals and intuitive user experiences across various platforms. You'll collaborate closely with our product and development teams to ensure that our designs align with our brand and provide exceptional experiences for our users.

  • Create high-quality visual designs (logos, banners, icons, illustrations) for digital and print media.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and web applications, with a strong focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product and development teams to translate ideas and requirements into designs that enhance the user journey.
  • Conduct user research and testing to optimize UX/UI design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Graphic Design or UI/UX.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design skills in graphic design and UI/UX projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in UX/UI.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first experiences.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Advantageous Skills:

  • Experience designing for web applications or SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
  • Experience with animation or motion graphics is a plus.
