Influencer Marketing Manager. This is a full-time position, that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe. 

What this role is responsible for:

We’re venturing into a new and exciting space at Crimson Education, and we’re looking for a driven, resourceful, and growth-focused Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the charge. This is an opportunity to build our influencer marketing strategy from the ground up, taking full ownership of our approach, from identifying and onboarding influencers to designing and executing high-impact campaigns.

If you’re a hustler with a passion for digital marketing, a growth mindset, and the ability to get things up and running in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. You'll need to roll up your sleeves, headhunt top influencers, negotiate deals, and create campaigns that fuel Crimson's mission of transforming education.

What success looks like:

  • Successfully launching and scaling Crimson’s influencer marketing program, delivering measurable brand growth and engagement.

  • Building long-term partnerships with influencers that align with our mission to transform education.

  • Leading the creation of high-performing, authentic influencer campaigns that drive conversions and enhance brand awareness.

  • Establishing Crimson as a trusted brand in the influencer space, growing our presence on emerging platforms.

How you’ll know you’re crushing it (goals):

  • You’ll have built and executed multiple influencer campaigns that have delivered strong ROI.

  • You’ve onboarded a network of influencers with impactful results, leading to increased brand awareness and lead generation.

  • KPIs will show an increase in brand mentions, audience engagement, and content reach through influencer partnerships.

  • Consistently delivering high-quality, innovative campaigns that engage our target audience and enhance Crimson’s reputation in the EdTech space.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’re a self-starter who thrives in new and evolving spaces. You’ve built something from the ground up before and can do it again.

  • Influencer Expertise: Strong knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and the ability to identify the right influencers to partner with.

  • Negotiation Skills: Proven success in headhunting and securing influencer deals that provide a strong ROI.

  • Strategic Thinker: You understand how influencer marketing fits into broader marketing and business objectives and can craft strategies that align with company goals.

  • Data-Driven: You track, analyze, and optimize performance based on data insights, adjusting campaigns to maximize success.

  • Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and develop engaging, authentic influencer campaigns that connect with our audience.

  • Creativity: You are full of ideas to break through the noise and are willing to take risks with humour, voice, and personality.

  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure influencer marketing efforts are in synch with company initiatives and other running marketing campaigns, both paid and organic.
