Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking dynamic and persuasive individuals to join our team as Telemarketers. As a B2B Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in our outreach efforts, connecting with potential business clients to introduce and promote our loan products. You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships, and driving sales through effective communication and persuasion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses to promote our business loan products.
  • Identify decision-makers and engage them in meaningful conversations about their financing needs.
  • Present and explain the benefits of our loan products, tailoring your pitch to the specific needs of each business.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team to discuss loan options further.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and lead status in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and our loan products to position our solutions effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
  • With a neutral accent and clear diction to ensure effective communication with English-speaking clients is a MUST.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong persuasive skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets and achieve results.
  • Familiarity with business financing and loan products is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
