Job Requirements:

    • Experience: 5-6+ years of accounting experience, with advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

    • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring complete accuracy in financial reporting, reconciliation, and invoicing.

    • Problem-Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and implement solutions.

    • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.

    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills.

    • Team Player: Dedicated team member with a long-term commitment to the companys values and culture.

Core responsibilities:

    Invoicing
    • Prepare invoices for clients.

    • Send invoices and follow up on payments.


    Financial Transactions
    • Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, etc.).

    • Track expenses and income.


    Account Management
    • Manage accounts payable (bills and payments).

    • Manage accounts receivable (incoming payments and collections).


    Reconciliation
    • Reconcile bank statements with financial records.

    • Ensure all accounts are balanced and accurate.
