Technically very strong & hands on in coding. Knows how to lead a big team well. Independent and comes with idea which could help grow the team technically. Understands needs of the team and matches them with the project. Communicates well. Fulfills all the necessary criteria listed below

Front end Mandatory skills:

• Web client development with React
• Strong in CSS
• Stencil JS
• TypeScript
• Web client design patterns e.g. Strategy, Observer
• Consuming RESTful APIs, web services
• Unit testing - Jest, React testing library and Vite test runner
• Preferred to have project with .net framework and candidate should be known to C# technologies. If possible, SQL Server database.

Essential Technical Skills

• Hands-on in coding is a must
• Must have experience in development project & not just maintenance & support projects.
• Capable of writing high level design
• Ability to convert User Story/FRS into Low Level Design
• Ability to perform Impact analysis in detail and provide a case study for the same
• Should be able to provide estimates
• Capable to perform code reviews and provide code to optimize performance of the application
• Ability to perform and review estimation
• Worked on Agile based project
• Planning
• Ensure quality of deliverables
• Manage change control
