We are seeking an experienced IT Support Level 2/3 professional with a strong background working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, security features, Microsoft Autopilot, Microsoft Intune, and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
You will be responsible for delivering advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex client issues, and managing device deployments and security configurations.
