Position summary:

Main responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional level of service to our customers.

  • Responding to customer inquiries via e-mail, telephone, fax or system.

  • Handling complaints.

  • Customer files and service contracts maintenance.

  • Working according to documented process (SOP, Work Instructions etc.)

  • Actively participating in the on-going assessment of customer support processes and incorporate approved improvements.

  • Providing ad-hoc support to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identifying cause of customer issues and pursuing resolution with a sense of urgency and commitment to customers.

  • Developing preventive action to avoid issues in future.

  • Performing other tasks requested by the manager to reach team’s objective or the company objectives based on current needs.

Requirements:

  • Some experience in Customer Service.

  • Understanding of the culture of the serviced region.

  • Fluency in one of the listed languages (B2+) to ensure smooth communication with clients.

  • English language at minimum B2 level, both written and spoken.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness.

  • Ability to work from our Cracow's office at least two times per month.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Knowledge of/experience with SAP.

  • Experience with working with international clients.
