We are currently looking for a Non Conformity Coordinator to join our Q4 team within offshore quality control. 

How to contribute to our vision 

In the Quality Inspection department, we focus on analyzing and elaborating on Quality concepts, methods, tools and procedures as parts of creating and running effective Quality Management Systems and NC management in Offshore Execution Projects.

As a NC Coordinator in Offshore Quality Inspection, your main responsibility will be to ensure quality control of data. You will be leading the processing of quality data into the NCR Quality tool for deviation handling disposition review and rooting NCR’s to and from the right stakeholders in the system. Your main responsibility is to secure the flow of each NCR runs according to process and lives up to the defined requirements to ensure a timely and accurate handling of NCR’s.​

You will also be responsible for ensuring that we provide the project with proper support and guidance, so the project successfully follow up on project quality demands and requirements, to secure that project report all quality topics with high data quality and information. The NC Coordinator is in close collaboration with the QMiP(quality Manager in Projects) to ensure accurate evaluation and containment actions are actioned.​

Additionally, some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsible of processing NCR reports received from the assigned offshore projects.​
  • Ensuring Projects data quality in NC reporting fulfill the requirements. ​
  • Ensuring that action and workflow follow the process.​
  • Evaluate containment actions for each NCR.​
  • Evaluate and create preventive actions for NCR’s where needed​.
  • Support and guide project stakeholders to the system understanding & usage.​ ( SAP4Hana )
  • Support the implementation of Quality topics, such as new processes, tools and campaigns where appropriate.​
  • Assist in continuous improvement activities throughout the business, driving data standardization to ensure issues raised by the projects are resolved effectively.​

What you need to make a difference 

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. Additionally, we are looking for:

  • ​Quality Mindset
  • SAP knowledge - would be a benefit to your application.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to adapt to change in your IT tools.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Technical process or component knowledge and previous experience within NC management within the wind industry is an advantage.

You can expect to work on a rotational basis of 14 days on site and 14 days at home.​ At times these rotations partners could chance to patters such as 3weeks on/ 3 weeks off. Depending on project requests, some periods will demand you to work from home until projects request you back on site. This is a global department, and you can therefore be delegated to many different parts of the globe.
