  • Document customer interactions and feedback for quality improvement purposes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written) with strong communication abilities.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is desirable.
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer care.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture.
