Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to accurately assist clients.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote or office environment.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
