Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues to enhance their experience.
Maintain an extensive understanding of our products and services to provide precise assistance to customers.
Accurately document all customer interactions within our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving service delivery.
Engage in ongoing training and team meetings to improve service quality and performance metrics.
Support the onboarding of new team members by sharing best practices and knowledge.

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken; English proficiency is required.
Exceptional communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in customer service is preferred, particularly within tech or service industries.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer interaction tools.
