Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues and inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Document all customer interactions meticulously in the company’s CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
