    Our Human Capital & Technology Team provides HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities.

    As a HR Shared Services Specialist, you will be responsible for executing on multiple HR processes. You will also be supporting the HR team, Managers and Employees across all HR service categories.

    As a HR Shared Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

    • Executing one or more HR Operations process(s).

    • Managing service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process(s).

    • Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplification within assigned area (s).

    • Fostering a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement by providing “Best in Class” customer service and advise on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses, and HR partners.

    • Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements.

    • Developing effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication.

    • 2 years’ experience as HR Services Specialist within Baker Hughes or 3 years externally. 

    • Extensive knowledge of region HRSS processes. 

    • Experience in managing a variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. 

    • Demonstrated ability in handling sensitive situations and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. 

    • Thrives in ambiguous and multicultural environment. 

    • Able to communicate well in Arabic language.

    • Creative problem-solving skills.

    • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Workday systems and other essential tool.

    • Have work authorization to work in Saudi
