Job Description
As a Design Specialist, you play a crucial role in driving our success and embodying the high standards we set for our company. To both our customers and employees, you represent our ambitious goals. You'll work closely with one of our major clients, overseeing operations, and Team coordination. Your responsibilities will include planning and logistical tasks related to telecommunications projects delivery, as well as managing permits, documentation, tracking, reporting, and analysis to ensure customer satisfaction. Design/Permit Specialist are detail-oriented professionals who support Managers and other leadership roles. Your duties will involve daily documentation, design using CAD, permit submissions, follow ups for approved permits, data tracking, reporting, and analysis. You'll also create digital job folders, pull maps for municipality sites, schedule site walks if required, and generate daily reports while assisting with job task assignments.
