Title: Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Chief of Staff, HR
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining HR processes for the Support Services Team and HRBPs.
This role is integral to ensuring smooth HR operations and providing support to employees across all levels.

- Support the US HRBP Team with HR Administrative functions including the processing of forms for signature, etc.
- Serve as a backup to the Talent Administrator in the coordination of interviews, onboardings, background checks, etc.
- Administratively support HR in compliance matters such as employee handbooks, contracts, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
- Organize and maintain HR files and documentation, ensuring they are up to date and compliant.
- Assist in coordinating employee training sessions, workshops, and company events.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports (including PowerPoint presentations), and managing HR correspondence.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in an administrative role within HR is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities along with multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong ethics and understanding of confidentiality requirements in HR and the ability to handle with discretion.

- The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal job performance. Visits to our manufacturing facility and suppliers’ facilities are required to monitor active projects and address design issues.
