Summary of Job Duties:
The Program Manager works in conjunction with leadership in Regional Programs to support the mission and vision of the institution. Provides overall administrative management and coordination of various business-related functions including data projects, finance, budget, HR functions, contracting, and billing and revenue cycle functions. The program manager will develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key operational and quality metrics, analyze data, research outliers, and assist in implementation of process improvement. This position supports the Service Line Director(s), Nursing Director and Sr. Service Line Administrator, Assistant Service Line administrator, and the Assistant Director of Nursing and other members of the Regional Program Leadership team. This position coordinates meetings & manages various projects requested by the Leadership team to ensure the successful achievement of goals. Will act as program manager for special projects which could involve tracking assigned tasks in meetings and at times taking the lead on projects to help ensure completion.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED PLUS eight (8) years of project/program management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field PLUS four (4) years of administrative and/or project management experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Advanced proficiency in computers (preferably Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, manage multiple projects at one time, and integrate changes smoothly.
  • Epic Cadence knowledge will be essential and experience is preferred.
  • Must learn other programs as necessary, i.e., Drop Box, Access, Visio.
