We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst, Treasury to join our treasury team based in our New York, New York headquarters.

 

JOB SUMMARY

Support both the Treasury team in its daily cash management activities and Risk Management team with the insurance needs of AMC Networks corporate and production policies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Treasury

  • Reconcile daily banking transactions to accurately reflect company’s cash position
  • Prepare payment requests and wire transfers
  • Coordinate supporting documentation for internal audits and SOX requests
  • Support the monthly review of bank fee analysis
  • Support capital market, f/x and derivative transactions

Risk Management

  • Assist production with insurance claims and coverage issues
  • Manage the claim administration for all lines of coverages, including processes to ensure timely identification, reporting, and tracking of all claims
  • Support insurance renewal application process

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • 2+ years in a treasury/ cash management related role strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including advanced excel
  • Familiarity with online bank portals 
  • Knowledge of cash management software
  • Familiarity with Fed Wire and SWIFT payments
  • Firm understanding of cash positioning and F/X
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to handle multiple projects and interact with all 
  • levels of management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

The base compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 commensurate with experience.
