About the role:

Dragos is seeking a Staff Front End Engineer to join our dynamic and talented Product Engineering team to help expand the Dragos Platform. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences, architect maintainable systems, and drive technical innovation while contributing to the future of our platform.

• Design and develop scalable, modular UI components using ReactJS and TypeScript that integrate seamlessly into our platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Design, to define and implement user experiences within the Dragos platform.
• Architect maintainable UI systems that can scale with a growing user base and increasing platform complexity.
• Ensure code quality and performance through best practices, while participating in constructive code reviews.
• Leverage automated testing tools like Jest and React Testing Library to ensure UI reliability.
• Lead projects and contribute to the technical roadmap, driving improvements in performance, user experience, and development workflows. 

• 5+ years of experience with modern front-end stack (e.g. TypeScript, React, Redux, etc)
• Proven experience building Typescript + React applications and component systems at large scale
• Proven experience in making strategic architectural decisions
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
• Strong ability to drive technical innovation, mentor team members, and contribute to the future direction of the entire UI practice
• Good understanding of test automation (e.g. React Testing Library, Jest, Playwright)
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Bitbucket, GitHub Actions)
• Familiar with JS/TS build tools and dependency management (e.g. Vite, Turbo, Rollup) 

• Base Salary: $178,000
