Job description

Director of Growth Marketing

AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. Each year, the FDA approves ~6,000 new medical devices. Our platform helps MedTech companies get these products to physicians more effectively so they can improve patient care with the latest technology. We're backed by Benchmark, Redpoint, ICONIQ Growth, and Ajax Health and we help MedTech companies identify how their products are used, understand why outcomes vary, and identify opportunities where physicians can better serve their patients.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Growth Marketing to lead and optimize our marketing efforts across multiple channels. This role is critical in driving growth and ensuring our marketing strategies align with our business goals. The Director of Growth Marketing will oversee the performance and optimization of our website, demand generation initiatives, email marketing, and marketing operations. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in B2B marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Website Management:
    • Oversee website strategy, focusing on SEO, page optimization, and user experience to maximize visitor engagement and conversion rates.
    • Analyze website performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance visitor flow and reduce bounce rates.
    • Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure the website is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for lead generation.
  2. Demand Generation:
    • Lead demand generation efforts across social media, advertising, and paid media channels to drive high-quality leads and accelerate sales cycles.
    • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate demand.
    • Optimize ad spend and continually test new strategies to improve ROI.
  3. Email Marketing:
    • Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
    • Oversee segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to optimize email campaigns and increase engagement.
  4. Marketing Operations:
    • Partner with the revenue operations team to streamline marketing operations and ensure data-driven decision-making.
    • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technologies and tools that support growth initiatives.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and processes, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
  5. Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and high performance.
    • Set clear goals and OKRs for the team, regularly assessing performance and providing actionable feedback.
Your Profile
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on growth marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing.
  • Technical prowess in managing and optimizing websites.
  • Strong background in demand generation.
  • Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Expertise in email marketing strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Solid understanding of marketing operations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing annual budgets.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience in a high-growth, SaaS, or technology-driven company.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and marketing automation software.
