Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Scrum Master to support our contract with the USDA Conservation Solution. This team member operates in a SAFe-based Agile environment and is responsible for maximizing value delivered by the team. The Scrum Master is a servant leader of the team and removes impediments to the team’s success in meeting their iteration and program increment goals. The Scrum Master advocates for the team and works with other Scrum Masters to meet the goals of the Agile Release Train (ART) representing their team in weekly ART meetings, addressing their status, and any impediments they are facing.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Participate in Team and ART level SAFe ceremonies including, but not limited to:
  1. Daily and weekly syncs
  2. Retrospectives
  3. Iteration planning
  4. Increment planning sessions
• Acts as liaison between the Agile Team and Government partners
• Translates technical work into business context
• Works as part of the Agile Team to realize the customer requirements as software
• Works with other product partners to provide input into the following:
  1. Product roadmaps
  2. Planning
  3. Team-level prioritization

Required Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in related field or equivalent work experience can be substituted instead of a degree
• Minimum one year of experience working in an agile environment hosting daily syncs, managing capacity and velocity, and cross team impact analysis
• Strong communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Strong conflict management skills
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Five plus years on a federal contract
• SAFe for Teams certification or willingness to complete certification on hire
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
