In this role, you will:
- Design Solutions: Create scalable, secure Experience Cloud solutions that meet business needs.
- Integration: Plan and manage integration with other Salesforce products and external systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with business leaders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Customization: Oversee configuration and customization of portals and communities.
- Security: Ensure the platform meets security and compliance standards.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously improve performance and scalability.
- Development Oversight: Guide developers on customizations and integrations.
- Documentation & Training: Document the solution and train internal teams on maintenance.
- Project Collaboration: Work with project managers to meet deadlines and budget goals.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and enhancements after implementation.
Who You Are:
- Salesforce Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Lightning components, and integration capabilities.
- Architectural Knowledge: Ability to design technical architecture that’s scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Effective communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to diagnose issues and design robust solutions.
- Project Management Understanding: Familiarity with project timelines, scope management, and resource allocation.
