Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exemplary support to our internal and external customers, including vendors, contractors, and carriers throughout the claims process. This full-time opportunity allows for the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications, providing timely updates and scheduling information regarding restoration projects.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases, ensuring all interactions are properly documented.
  • Oversee tasks related to cases, work orders, and service appointments, ensuring follow-ups are executed efficiently.
  • Verify that repairs are completed to the homeowner’s satisfaction, adhering to estimates provided.
  • Provide flexible support to other departments within the contact center as required.
  • Assist in generating reports regarding claim status for carriers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring trust and respect.
  • Strive to meet and exceed production goals consistently.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to enhance team support and customer service.
