Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Assess business processes to understand requirements and pinpoint areas for enhancement, driving the development and implementation of impactful solutions.
• Spearhead continual evaluations of operational workflows and devise strategies for optimization.
• Articulate insights and plans effectively to team members and management across multiple departments.
• Collect critical information from stakeholder meetings and create useful documentation.
• Deconstruct roadmap features into actionable user stories.
• Produce clear and structured business requirements documentation.
• Perform user acceptance testing to verify that solutions effectively address business needs.
• Prioritize activities based on organizational requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate extensively with business teams across various locations.
• Participate in a range of projects, including integrations, acquisitions, and migrations.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience specializing in Salesforce.
• Proficient in various Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community, CPQ) and their integration with external systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in framing strategic initiatives, developing requirements, and executing practical business solutions.
• Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
