Job Overview

We are actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Identity Data Management Specialist. This critical role involves supporting a specialized Department of Defense (DoD) program, where you will collaborate closely with the Identity Data Management Office to coordinate essential activities and ensure operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee projects, developing and sustaining organizational tasks for both current and future operations.
  • Perform data analysis to pinpoint opportunities for process improvement.
  • Manage workforce data input, request computer accounts, and maintain DoD databases.
  • Examine personnel security documentation for accuracy and adherence to program policies.
  • Ensure the secure handling of classified information while maintaining files and systems to record actions effectively.
  • Generate reports, information papers, and briefings as required.
  • Develop training materials and conduct orientation sessions for new hires and DoD personnel.

  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis methodologies.
  • Knowledgeable in personnel security documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to safeguard classified data effectively.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is essential; a master's degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 10 years of pertinent experience supporting military and/or intelligence operations, with a focus on Signature Reduction Activities.
  • Completion of a Due Diligence Course is required.
  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens and possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
