Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ITOM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. In this influential role, you will be instrumental in the design and execution of cutting-edge IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions. Your extensive expertise will be utilized to develop and sustain a robust ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) that underpins essential IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement ITAM solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain a ServiceNow CMDB that ensures data accuracy and supports various ITSM functions.
• Design and execute integrations between ServiceNow CMDB, asset management tools, vulnerability scanners, and discovery solutions.
• Exhibit hands-on proficiency in implementing CMDB, CSDM, SAM, and Service Catalogs within the ServiceNow platform.
• Enhance CI data updates through automated processes, discovery tools, and external data source integrations.
• Lead the planning, design, and deployment of ServiceNow Discovery solutions.
• Apply advanced knowledge of data modeling techniques.
• Demonstrate experience in integrating Discovery with ServiceNow CMDB and other critical systems.
• Showcase a proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• At least 8 years in the IT industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices and the latest features.
  
  

Qualifications

• Certifications: Certified System Administrator, CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM; ITIL4 Foundations certification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
