Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct numerous telephone consultations, guiding clients through the intricacies of the debt resolution process and clarifying their available options.
  • Supervise settlements, review case files, and approve legal documents prepared by our proficient paralegal team.
  • Deliver professional and patient client service, fostering a smooth and positive experience for each client.

Qualifications
