Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of assigned cases, collaborating closely with a supervising partner.
  • Compose pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials, consistently delivering work of the highest quality.
  • Conduct depositions and advocate for clients in court.
  • Engage in motion practice and written discovery, contributing actively to all aspects of the litigation process.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with clients and colleagues through exemplary interpersonal and presentation skills.

Required Skills

  • Current, active license to practice law in Texas.
  • Relevant experience in civil litigation, demonstrating a solid understanding of the litigation process.
  • Outstanding legal research, writing, and advocacy abilities.
  • Proficient in multitasking and effectively managing multiple deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset, with a readiness to take ownership of projects and assignments.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
