Job Overview

Join our esteemed Salesforce practice as a Salesforce Project Manager specializing in Commerce. In this remote role, you will play a pivotal role in steering complex multi-cloud Salesforce projects, ensuring impactful customer experiences while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Salesforce technical initiatives through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Align project outcomes with the client's strategic objectives.
  • Act as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, providing functional and subject matter expertise for solution development.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to articulate product requirements and ensure user stories accurately reflect development needs.
  • Engage with engineering teams to establish and validate the project’s technical approach and deliverables.
  • Forecast project efforts and proactively address risks and issues.
  • Cultivate client trust and maintain transparent project status communications with stakeholders.
  • Identify potential obstacles and devise specific plans to ensure quality delivery and timely project completion.
  • Manage project scope, risks, timelines, budgets, and resources, serving as the primary contact for client project leadership.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Agile software delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and Lean.
  • Expertise in leading Salesforce projects, particularly within commerce and retail domains.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong client relationship management and consulting acumen.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable industry experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Agile software delivery, serving as a Project, Product, or Program Manager on large, complex initiatives.
  • Proven ability to bridge business and technical teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated self-starter attributes with robust organizational skills, capable of creating structure in ambiguous situations.

Compensation And Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary range of approximately \(122,000 to \)225,000 for the Principal level and \(140,000 to \)258,000 for the Senior Principal level, alongside eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
