Required Skills

  • Proficient understanding of Windows desktop operating systems, networking, cloud file sharing, printers, and mobile device support.
  • Familiarity with Windows server operating systems, Microsoft 365 Cloud, Azure Active Directory, remote desktop access, and group policy management is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
