• Manage inventory effectively to align with demand forecasts while preventing excess stock.
• Oversee logistics and distribution processes, ensuring products are delivered promptly and accurately.
• Enforce stringent quality control measures to uphold our high product standards.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to accurately predict demand and adapt supply chain strategies as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining profit margins.
