Job Overview

Join our dedicated team as a School-Based Occupational Therapist, where you will leverage your expertise in a remote working environment to enhance the lives of students. This role emphasizes collaboration and innovation, allowing you to make a significant impact through virtual therapy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students’ fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that address assessment results and student objectives, focusing on improving functional skills and facilitating both academic and social engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, support personnel, and parents to integrate therapy goals within the virtual classroom and home settings, providing tailored strategies to support student achievement.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, modifying therapy interventions as necessary based on data-driven insights to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
