Job Overview

We are actively seeking a committed and empathetic Fee-for-Service Therapist / Clinician to deliver individual, family, and group therapy in a fully remote, supportive environment. This role offers the flexibility to manage your own caseload while ensuring high-caliber, evidence-based therapeutic care for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions for clients spanning various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Execute intake assessments, formulate treatment plans, and provide crisis interventions as necessary.
  • Maintain prompt and precise documentation of all therapeutic sessions, encompassing progress notes and treatment plans, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guarantee comprehensive and cohesive care for all clients.
  • Engage in supervision and continuous training to remain updated with best practices in the field.
  • Uphold legal, ethical, and clinical standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
  • Achieve agreed-upon minimum billable hours each week to meet both organizational and contractual objectives.

Required Skills

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Valid licensure (e.g., LPC, LGPC, LCSW, LICSW).
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
  • Competence in EMR systems and exceptional documentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing a flexible schedule.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client-centered care.
