This role will allow you to deliver empathetic outpatient mental health services to a wide range of clients facing various challenges such as addiction, chronic pain, family dynamics, PTSD, geriatric concerns, and general mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging individual and group therapy sessions to promote healing and personal development.
  • Provide psychotherapy and crisis intervention to clients requiring immediate support.
  • Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans and set achievable goals.
  • Offer counseling across a spectrum of mental health issues, ensuring each client feels valued and understood.
  • Maintain precise and current medical records to uphold the standard of care.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care.

Required Skills

  • Valid license as a Clinical Social Worker is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in addiction counseling, chronic pain management, child and family therapy, PTSD treatment, geriatric care, and general mental health counseling.
  • Capable of conducting both individual and group counseling sessions proficiently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, exhibiting a genuine commitment to client connection.
  • Strong adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards in all professional interactions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
