Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and refine customer lifecycle campaigns across essential CRM channels.
  • Develop innovative content and communication strategies for both routine and on-demand customer engagement.
  • Establish a customer-centric lifecycle strategy aimed at increasing product awareness and maximizing customer lifetime value.
  • Identify customer segments for targeted marketing initiatives and strategize offers that yield positive ROI.
  • Create customer journeys to mitigate churn among key segments.
  • Set up reporting requirements to enable continuous testing, learning, and analysis of significant campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Strong business acumen complemented by excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities and executing both strategic and tactical initiatives concurrently.
  • Proven experience leading and influencing teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle principles.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, CRM, Customer Lifecycle, Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar discipline.
  • Master's Degree or experience in developing customer journey frameworks is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Technology systems such as Adobe and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is beneficial.
