Job Overview

As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the strategic vision of our organization. This position calls for close collaboration with senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO, as you lead the strategic planning initiatives that will define our trajectory. Your contributions will extend beyond traditional support; you will directly influence critical decisions and foster essential cross-departmental relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy to facilitate the strategic planning process and ensure the effective execution of leadership meetings.
  • Participate in executive team meetings, managing notes and tracking key action items to drive accountability around strategic priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a corporate calendar for significant milestones and planning cycles.
  • Organize and lead focused sessions to address complex challenges, promoting collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various functions to track initiatives, identify misalignments, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Prepare high-quality executive materials, including board presentations and reports.
  • Work closely with HR and the CEO on the company-wide goal-setting process to align with corporate strategies.
  • Act as a liaison among the leadership team, ensuring effective communication and involvement in decision-making processes.

Required Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, program management, or a similar strategic role within a tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of business operations with the ability to efficiently manage executive logistics.
  • Proven expertise in driving strategic planning and execution.
