Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial philanthropic advisor to join our strategic advisory firm. This newly created leadership position plays a crucial role in guiding individuals and families in wealth distribution while expanding our network and securing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will possess a strategic mindset and a robust history of establishing and nurturing trust-based relationships within philanthropic communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development efforts to secure over $500,000 annually in new partnerships centered on reparations and wealth redistribution, managing projects typically lasting 6-8 months.
- Actively engage in networking activities to diversify and broaden our connections, generating new referrals and partnerships.
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our philanthropic model to inspire and motivate potential partners.
- Document all networking activities and client interactions meticulously within our CRM system to support institutional memory.
- Oversee and manage multiple partnerships from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the CEO to manage and renew existing partnerships, with a focus on maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and renewal.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including creating content for our Medium page, writing articles, and participating in conferences.
- Identify and recommend new opportunities for our organization’s presence in various communities, networks, and events.
Required Skills

- Familiarity with reparations and wealth distribution strategies is a plus; however, a willingness to learn is essential.

- Proven experience as a trusted advisor with outstanding communication skills across various platforms.

Qualifications
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in a related field, including sales and partnership development.
