Job Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Construction Accountant to join our esteemed organization in a remote work setting. This critical position will require you to leverage your financial acumen to ensure accurate and efficient management of our financial records, contributing significantly to our overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate financial statements, tax documents, and various reports.
• Generate and scrutinize reports concerning business operations and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee payroll operations, including timekeeping, employee compensation adjustments, and tax withholdings.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
• Communicate insights and findings to management.
• Maintain Work In Progress (WIP) reports and possess a thorough understanding of construction invoicing (AIA 702⁄703).
