Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Operations Coordinator to join our team, remotely supporting our Fiber Construction initiatives from Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong administrative or project management skills and are enthusiastic about the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Fiber Construction projects by:

  • Providing essential project support for the Fiber Construction team, managing multiple projects and tracking progress against milestones.
  • Preparing detailed reports for both clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Assisting in the management of our CRM system by accurately entering and updating job information.
  • Facilitating access arrangements for significant projects, ensuring the team is equipped to accomplish their tasks.
  • Taking comprehensive meeting notes and distributing minutes, as well as preparing presentation materials for senior management.
  • Overseeing daily office operations, including supply management, meeting coordination, and employee support.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a role providing administrative or project management support.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A keen interest in the telecom industry, with a willingness to learn and grow.
