We’re in search of a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be creating engaging LinkedIn newsletters.

What you will do:

  • Write content on request, including engaging newsletters for LinkedIn; 
  • Conduct research on topics related to customer support, customer service, and customer experience (CX); 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the quality and credibility of all written materials.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in crafting content for LinkedIn;
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2 both in writing and speaking);
  • Strong expertise in writing on topics such as customer support, customer service, and customer experience (CX);
  • Excellent editing, storytelling, and communication skills;
  • Proficient research skills with a keen interest in technology, AI, customer support (CS), customer experience (CX), and startups.
