Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote/Hybrid Engineering Project Manager to join our esteemed client in Canonsburg, PA. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a dedicated team of engineers, driving the successful delivery of advanced Torpedo Guidance and Control systems for the U.S. Navy. Your leadership will be essential in advancing technical vision, fulfilling customer commitments, and promoting innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engineering teams focused on delivering complex technical projects.
  • Ensure alignment of program technical performance with cost, scope, and schedule.
  • Actively communicate and implement resolutions for technical challenges.
  • Develop and manage engineering plans, as well as identify risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and program managers to plan and monitor engineering efforts effectively.
