Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and empathetic licensed mental health professional to become an integral part of our team, delivering exceptional therapeutic services. This role offers the unique opportunity to engage closely with clients and their families, facilitating needs assessments, developing personalized treatment strategies, and implementing various therapeutic interventions to foster emotional and behavioral stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments with clients and their families utilizing appropriate tools.
  • Regularly evaluate client needs and modify services to provide optimal care and support.
  • Formulate individualized treatment or behavioral plans and supervise their effective execution.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at promoting client progress and well-being.
  • Ensure the maintenance of precise and timely documentation, including treatment objectives, progress notes, and billing records.
  • Employ a diverse array of treatment modalities to enhance the emotional and behavioral functioning of clients.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of pertinent clinical experience post-licensure.
  • A Master's degree in a mental health discipline (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling).
  • Possession of a current license/certification (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
  • Medicare credentialed or eligible.
  • Capability to pass all necessary clearances, including FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and State Criminal Check.
  • Ability to provide current medical/health documentation, including a physical exam, Tuberculosis (TB) skin test, CPR, and First Aid certification.
