Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a committed Clinical Field Staff Supervisor (Registered Nurse) to lead the clinical operations of our field staff, ensuring the delivery of superior, patient-centric care. This hybrid position merges the advantages of in-office, field, and remote work, affording you the flexibility to manage a distinguished clinical team effectively. As a pivotal leader, you will oversee patient care plans, foster the professional development of clinical staff, and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide clinical field staff (including RNs, LPNs, and Home Health Aides), ensuring compliance with patient care plans and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as physicians and case managers to create and modify individualized patient care plans.
  • Guarantee full compliance with healthcare regulations, including state and federal guidelines.
  • Provide continuous education and training opportunities to clinical staff to promote their professional growth and uphold high standards of patient care.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of field staff and provide necessary coaching and support.
  • Monitor patient care outcomes to ensure exceptional quality and satisfaction.
  • Engage actively in quality assurance initiatives and contribute to ongoing service improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, ideally in home health or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of clinical management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of home health care regulations and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the Monroeville area for home visits and staff oversight.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
